Throughout this document and throughout the website at domain homesteadhardware.com as a whole, the terms "Homestead Hardware", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Homestead Hardware, LLC; the terms "customer", "you", "your", and "yours" refer to any customer of Homestead Hardware and/or any person or entity utilizing our website to browse, shop, learn, or perform any other activity. The term "product" refers to any item you purchased from Homestead Hardware.
Homestead Hardware provides this site as a service to our customers for activities such as browsing, shopping, learning about door hardware, receiving customer service, and contacting us. Your use of this website in any way constitutes that you acknowledge and fully agree to our "Terms and Conditions" and our policies, and that you are bound to our "Terms and Conditions" and policies.

Our other policies that are not included in this document are "Privacy and Security Policy", "Shipping Information", and "Return Policy." Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these policies and all terms defined in this document apply to all other said Homestead Hardware policies. We reserve the right to edit or change our "Terms and Conditions" and other site policies at any time without notice. Your use of our website following any such change constitutes that you are in agreement to and bound by our "Terms and Conditions" and site policies as changed.
Prices
We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, there is a chance a small amount of our products may show an incorrect price. In the event an item you order is mispriced, we will contact you regarding the mispricing and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order or proceed with the corrected price. We retain the right to cancel your order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, details, dimensions, installation guides, and other descriptive information about our products are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that 100% of the content on our website is completely accurate, up-to-date, or free of errors. In the event that you receive a product that has actual dimensions or technical requirements that differ from those shown on our website for the same product, we will allow you to return the product for a full refund of the value of that product.
If you are unable to find details, dimensions, or installation requirements of any product on our website, it is still your responsibility to contact Homestead Hardware to obtain any necessary product information you may need to ensure the product will be compatible with your application.
Colors & Images Displayed
We make every effort to use images on our website that accurately portray actual colors and appearances of products and finishes. However, due to limitations and variations among computer displays such as monitors, projectors, screens, etc., the variations among their display settings and sizes, and natural variations amongst the products themselves, we do not guarantee that the images and colors displayed on your screen will 100% accurately reflect those colors and appearances of the actual, physical products you receive.
Order Cancellation or Changes
If you wish to cancel or make a change to an order you placed with Homestead Hardware you must notify us immediately. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled nor changed. Orders of custom-made or custom-assembled products (such as Emtek) cannot be cancelled nor changed once production has begun. In most cases, if you notify us of within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to honor cancellation and/or change requests. However, we do not guarantee this if your order has either shipped or has begun production.
Any request to cancel your order after it has shipped or begun production will be subject to any and all applicable restocking fees defined in our "Return Policy."
