When will my order ship?


Emtek items are custom assembled per order and ship in 6-8 business days when ground shipping is selected. If expedited shipping is purchased, the assembly time is reduced and the order will ship in 2-3 business days.

 

All Bravura items ship in 4-6 business days.

 

Items that are in stock will ship within 24 hours of placing your order.

What shipping methods does Homestead Hardware use?


All U.S. orders with the "free shipping" Ground method will be sent using either UPS or the US Post Office. We generally use the Post Office for small size parcels, and UPS for all other shipments. Customers can expedite shipping by selecting "UPS 2nd Day Air" or "UPS Next Day Air" shipping methods. However, please note that most products we sell have a production time before they will ship out via any expedited service.

 

All Canadian orders ship via "USPS Priority International" service.

How are your prices so much lower than the manufacturer's list price?


Homestead Hardware strives to keeps its costs low so we can pass the savings on to you. As a hardware dealer, we buy in large quantities straight from manufacturers. Our large volumes of orders allow our suppliers to grant us heavy discounts. We then pass those discounted prices on to you!

Yes, most manufacturers we deal with provide warranties for their products. If your product is defective and still under warranty, we will replace it for you. Please call 419-684-5438 or submit your claim using our contact form.
