Homestead Hardware, LLC - Shipping Information
Homestead Hardware ships to all 50 United States and to Canada. We use trackable shipping methods. All shipping services occur only during business days (that is Monday through Friday; not weekends or holidays).
We cannot guarantee exact precise delivery dates. Various factors such as factory production times, holidays and deliveries to remote locations may affect delivery times. Read below for more information.
Standard Shipping - FREE for orders over $99!
FREE ground shipping on all orders over $99.00 !! (not applicable to Alaska or Hawaii... sorry)
Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. However, at our discretion we may occasionally use other carriers such as the U.S. Post Office. If you would like to request use of a specific carrier please contact us or submit such instructions during the checkout process of placing your order on our website.
Orders requesting delivery to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged for actual shipping costs calculated during checkout.
NOTE REGARDING EMTEK: All Emtek products are custom assembled per order and require 6-8 business days for production before the products ship. Most ground-shipped orders of Emtek products are delivered to the customer in approximately 2 to 2.5 weeks on average.
Expedited Shipping Services
Expedited shipping methods are available for additional costs that will be calculated during checkout.
The following expedited services are available:
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
*SPECIAL NOTE ON EMTEK PRODUCTS: All Emtek products are custom assembled per order. If you purchase expedited shipping, the factory production time is reduced and the order will usually ship out in about 2-3 business days. (For example, an order requesting UPS 2nd Day Air will require 2-3 days for production plus 2 days for ship time - making a total of about 4-5 business days for order delivery.)
Shipping to Canada
Canadian shipments do not qualify for our free shipping offer and customers will be charged the actual shipping costs. USPS Priority International or UPS Standard are most often used. Canadian customers must call for shipping rates. Canadian shipping times range from 6-10 business days from the ship date.
